The "Bob Rae bus" not my personal favourate, nor the favourate of many Ontario properties some of which have been prematurly withdrawn. This Belleville Transit example is seen this Spring on Haig road just north of Dandas. 1600x1200 013_13.jpg |
TTC buses can find themselves way out Toronto proper. 2428 is in YRT territory. 1600x1200 040_40.jpg |
Old faithful (the bus, that is) 7526 was puchased new by Brampton Transit in 1975. The bus then went on to be purchased by Newmarket Transit and is now operated by York Region Transit. Quite a career! 1600x1200 048_48.jpg |

After 20 some years of providing service to Torontonians, the familiar D901 will be slowly disappearing from Toronto streets perhaps by the end of 2006. 1600x1200 Pic021.JPG |
Once a common site, these buses are a rare treat to stumble upon. 1600x1200 Pic005.JPG |

As far as buses go, the 35 foot GM Newlook was one of the best buses ever built. Its reliability is represented by the 2 examples here. 7526 has gone through owners and still looks good for a 31 year old vehicle. 1600x1200 Pic039.JPG |
